Game Description

A chaotic 3D first person roguelike co-op moving game.

An online co-op game where your livelihood depends on how well your moving company can move valuable furniture. Team up to carry the sofa up the stairs and keep your financials only mildly tragic. Coordinate, communicate and cause chaos!

Work I put in

I was part of a multidisciplinary team developing and designing a new game from scratch while creating content and managing social media.

When I joined the team, my first responsibilities were focused on social media. I planned and scheduled posts, created promotional graphics and memes, and edited short-form videos along side with another intern.

In the beginning, we were promoting both Harmony in the Wild and PIVOT!, which meant managing a large amount of content. As development progressed and our focus shifted away from Harmony in the Wild, I had the opportunity to take on new responsibilities.

I moved into game design by working alongside our lead designer to rewrite the game design document, making it better suited to our production timeline while improving the overall gameplay. As the project evolved, I eventually rewrote most of the document independently.

Later, I got to work on my favorite discipline: level design. I designed both the shop and the office areas for PIVOT!, creating detailed layouts and design plans that were handed over to our environmental artists for implementation.

Alongside my design work, I expanded our social media presence by interacting with other creators, researching trends, and developing a more consistent editing style. I also improved the quality of our videos through small details, such as creating custom subtitles and refining the overall presentation.

Working remotely taught me the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and staying organized within a collaborative development environment.
